It is a chilly one today and will be for the next few. We put all of our trucks, semi, and service vehicles in the heated shop to avoid any issues. We had one of the busiest weeks we have had in a long time. Two Salford tillage semis arrived with deliveries, two BBI semis with deliveries, and we received 4 J&M liquid applicators this week from the folks down at Ft. Recovery. It is the time of year when everything starts to come together, orders come in, get built in our shop and out for delivery to satisfy the needs of our customers. Next week we start on a 24 row planter job in Connersville, IN. Stay tuned for details on that fit up. Have a Merry Christmas.

Yetter Strip Till Trials Via Becks
Becks Hybrids asked Fennig Equipment and Yetter to put together a strip till bar with fertilizer that they can do testing with. Fertilizer, no fertilizer and various strip factors will be tested in this. As strip till gains momentum, it will be interesting to follow this study. Of course strip till can offer a lot, ideal placement of nutrients plus a perfect planting seedbed without full field tillage allowing the soil to maintain natural structure.
